Which products can I order?
Standard, non-premium .com, .net and .org registrations, plus one-year EssentialSSL and Positive SSL certificates, including their wildcard versions. Other extensions and certificate terms are catalog-only.
What do I need for a domain registration?
Accurate registrant contact details and at least two distinct external nameservers. Availability is checked before payment and is not reserved until registration succeeds. Transfers and renewals are not currently offered.

What do I need for an SSL certificate?
A valid CSR matching the certificate domain and an accepted approval email for that domain. Keep your private key on your own server; never send it with your order. Issuance depends on successful domain validation.
How do I pay and track delivery?
Orders use one-time Stripe checkout, with tax calculated from billing details. These orders do not renew automatically. Follow payment, supplier processing and confirmed certificate downloads under My orders. Existing subscriptions are listed separately under Billing. If a payment is already made, refresh the order status rather than paying again.
